Description
Anarsa ek purani, paramparik Bihari–Mithila mithai hai, jisme ghar ki warmth aur tyoharon ka swaad dono basela. Iska raaj hota hai chini ya gud me bhigoye hue chawal ka aata, jo kai ghanton–dinon tak soak hota hai. Jab yeh aata taiyaar ho jaata hai, tab usse banaye jaate hai chhote–chhote round, upar til lagake pure ghee me halka sa tal ke.
Anarsa ka texture isse aur bhi khaas banata hai—
bahar se crispy, andar se naram, aur meetha bilkul perfect.
Shaadi–byah, Chhath, Holi, Diwali ya koi bhi shubh kaam, Anarsa ka swaad hamesha tyohar ke pal ko aur bhi khaas bana deta hai. Ghar ki dadi–nani ka nuskha, desi ghee ki khushboo, aur til-chawal ke sunehre taste ka mila–jula ehsaas Anarsa ko ekdum unique banata hai.
Bihar me kehna hi galat nai hoga:
“Tyohar bina Anarsa, adhoora he lagta hai.”
